The 20-year-old from Midfield in Swinford will be trained by former lightweight world champion Anthony Crolla.
“I am thrilled to finally announce I have signed a Promotional agreement with Hall of Fame Promoter Frank Warren and Queensbury Promotions,” said Lavin. “This is a huge opportunity for me, one which every boxer dreams of as a kid.
“I am also delighted to confirm I will be managed by Anthony Joshua and the team at 258 MGMT and David McGinley Sport.
“I have been training tirelessly in the gym under the guidance of former world champion Anthony Crolla, and I’m excited to display what we have been working on for boxing fans on TNT Sport."
Freddie Cunningham from 258 MGMT added: "It is great to be working with Frank and George to guide a very talented young prospect in Eoghan.”
