Anthony Yarde Destroys Punch Machine Record
By Queensberry Promotions
Ahead of his WBO European Light Heavyweight Title challenge on July 8th at the Copper Box Arena, Anthony Yarde dropped by Frank Warren HQ.
Inevitably, the man known as 'The Beast' took his turn on the punch machine in the office and the results surprised nobody. The record was set (off camera) by BoxNation CEO, George Warren at 971. Here's what happened when Anthony Yarde had a go... make sure you watch to the end as his trainer Tunde Ajayi takes his turn too...
Across social media, the video has now racked up over a million views and counting...
Elsewhere on the card Bradley Skeete defends his British Welterweight title against Dale Evans, Darryll Williams and Jahmaine Smyle rematch for the English Super-Middleweight belt after their Fight of the Year contender in April; Sam McNess gets his first pro title shot against Southern Area Super-Welterweight Champion Asinia Byfield and teenage Heavyweight sensation Daniel Dubois looks to move to 4-0.
Tickets for Yarde v Baranyi priced at £40, £50, £100, £150 and £250 are available from:
