Official Wba Resolution Clarifying The Lightweight Division

Please find here the official WBA resolution issued by President Gilberto Mendoza that clarifies the lightweight division. Contrary to earlier media reports, the WBA have not mandated a rematch between WBA World Champion Darleys Perez and Anthony Crolla, they have agreed to a request by both parties for a rematch. However the rematch must takes place within 120 days of this resolution and thereafter the champion must fight the Interim champion which will be his mandatory challenger (currently Derry Mathews).
