Marketing Operations Executive

· 1–3 years’ experience in the live events,
entertainment, media or sporting industries (or a similar background).

Full job description

Job Title: Marketing Operations Executive

Location: Cheshunt, London Region (office-based with extensive travel)

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive

Travel: Substantial – Domestic and International travel, with some weekend work.

The Role

This role will support the delivery of Queensberry Boxing’s marketing and events across its global portfolio, while supporting the wider operations team in maintaining our industry-leading product. You will own the look, feel and execution of our marketing moments, from venue selection and
hospitality through to Out-of-Home creative and Fight-Week activations, working alongside contractors, agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver iconic events.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute key marketing opportunities across the global event portfolio.

· Secure venues for marketing events consistent with the premium Queensberry brand and feel.

· Set and lead marketing budgets on an event-by-event basis.

· Ensure key contractors and agencies deliver to expected standards.

· Supervise the application of brand guidelines across all marketing touchpoints.

· Develop a comprehensive fight-night hospitality product to be executed at global events.

· Improve the placement, creativity and strategy of Out-of-Home marketing.

· Produce standout, iconic events across the traditional Fight-Week schedule.

· Manage multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders under tight, fixed deadlines.

· Liasing with media partners to attend events and provide the access they need.
